Remember that the protocol was created with the aim of providing suggestions to support the treatment of chronic cystitis with the help of Dimann products.
At each intake as indicated in the protocol, empty your bladder before taking each Dimann Puro capsule and/or Dimann Daily tablet. If you are unable to swallow the Dimann Puro capsule, pour its contents into 150 ml of a (non-carbonated) drink. You can also pour the powder under your tongue.
If you cannot swallow Dimann Daily tablets, you can chew them.
1 hour away from each intake, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose to be expelled.
The last dose of the day should be taken together with a small amount of fluids.
