At each intake listed in the protocol, empty your bladder before taking each tablet of Dimann Daily. If you cannot swallow Dimann Daily tablets, you can chew them.
Within 1 hour of each intake, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose to be excreted.
The last dose of the day should be taken together with a small amount of fluids.
