At each intake indicated in the protocol, empty your bladder before taking each Dimann Puro capsule. If you are unable to swallow the Dimann Puro capsule, pour its contents into 150 ml of a (non-carbonated) drink. You can also chew the capsule or pour the powder under your tongue.
Within 1 hour of each intake, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose to be excreted.
